This is very late in coming, but I had a fantastic experience with this company on Thanksgiving day! JD was awesome and did a great job with a smile on his face, when he could have been at home with his family. I’d had a car repair completed prior to my trip, and the repair facility didn’t secure the fuel supply hose, which popped off just as I was leaving a hotel in St Augustine on Thanksgiving Day. JD took the job after so many others had turned it down. AAA had cancelled the trip once already, due to not being able to find someone to get my van. I was 4 hours from home, and JD reassured me that the van would be safe in their tow yard until AAA came for the second leg of the trip to a repair facility closer to home. First Off I want to say thank you to John’s towing for helping my wife son and I very much! My son was ran off the road a few weeks back and They were on the scene in a flash. The driver also named John but is actually John S. Was so cool he gave me some time to get in contact with AAA and get my tow approved for free. He hooked our car up quick fast and we were out of there in a hurry. Very good dude and I hope Big John really takes care of this guy because he is great with customers.
